I do. I make jewelry with silver, gold, and some other fun things like diamonds, or sea glass and sea stones and I love it. Here’s a picture of me in Italy alloying some delicious 18k yellow gold while my buddies Giovanni and Margherita watch to make sure I don’t burn my eyelashes off.
Not only do I love making jewelry, but I also love hosting jewelry making workshops in Italy.
It’s the combination of helping metalsmiths learn a new skill to add to their jewelry making skill set, as well as sharing the scrumptiousness of Italy that gives me all the chills. This is not your ordinary jewelry course…we live like locals and dive into Florence’s culture. Join me already, would ya?

I can show you the ropes from learning the solid basics at a beginner level of metal fabrication as well as teaching you the techniques to add to your already established skill set such as bezel, tube, flush, and prong setting…not to mention Keum Boo, graver use, alloying metal, and lots of other fun stuff!
